Learning will be achieved through presentations by Resource persons (experts) as well as through group work. The modules will seek to provide participants with the basis needed to be motivated, facilitation skills, and to be result oriented thereby enabling them to choose the appropriate frameworks, methods, and tools necessary to deliver on NFCL objectives. In addition, the participants will also have a field trip to Makerere University Agricultural Institute Kabanyolo to learn various agricultural techniques and technologies, and showcase new or improved crop varieties.
