Capacity Building for Performance Management Staff of the Ministry of Public Service. Training, Weekly Round-up

The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) has concluded a three-day meeting with District Production Officers to discuss key strategic issues affecting the agricultural sector. Dr. Patience Rwamigisa, Assistant Commissioner for Agricultural Extension Coordination at the MAAIF, in his opening remarks, urged the District Production Officers (DPOs) to Training, Weekly Round-up

The NFLC II Project focuses on three core objectives: infrastructure support, staff capacity building, and demonstration farm improvement. Additionally, the project extends its impact to neighboring communities, particularly in Muyira Parish, by fostering model farmers through the farmer field school approach. In 2025, the project will support four farmer groups Training, Weekly Round-up

  The Minister congratulated the Principal, and thanked H.E. the President of the Republic of Uganda, and the Korean government, through KOICA, for their contributions to the NFLC. He suggested inviting the President to the commissioning ceremony once the project is completed, with the commercial wings of poultry, dairy, and Training, Weekly Round-up

The Uganda SMU Centre President, Eng. Ian Kyeyune, noted in his remarks that the Uganda SMU Centre began with only seven members and has now grown to thousands.
